Who We Are

Casey brings a foundation that sets For the Sale of It apart from the start. With several years of experience as a residential mortgage loan processing assistant prior to entering the sales side of real estate, Casey developed an in-depth understanding of the lending process, compliance requirements, and the critical role that documentation and deadlines play in every successful transaction. Her MBA in Project Management and Graduate Certificate in Agile Project Management further sharpened that foundation — giving her the systems, methodology, and discipline to manage complex, fast-moving transactions with precision. That background — combined with her Texas real estate license — means she understands every angle of the deal, from the lender’s desk to the closing table.

In 2021, Casey got her real estate sales agent license. And like most new agents, the early days were hard. The doubt crept in. She began to wonder if she had made the right decision. Then came a conversation that changed everything. While talking with a fellow REALTOR and her husband, a home inspector, he looked at Casey and asked a simple question: “Are you gone have faith or you gone have fear? Because you can’t have both.”

Those words stuck. A few months later, Casey found her answer — not in spite of real estate, but within it. She knew firsthand how overwhelming the paperwork side of real estate could be — and she decided to do something about it. She discovered her true niche: transaction coordination. The behind-the-scenes work that keeps every deal moving. The details, the deadlines, the compliance. The stuff most agents dread — Casey found she loved it. In 2022, For the Sale of It was born.

Today, Casey and her team serve real estate agents and REALTORs across Texas from their home base in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, bringing that same mortgage expertise, licensing knowledge, and relentless attention to detail to every single file. What exactly does a transaction coordinator do?
A transaction coordinator manages all paperwork, deadlines, and compliance tasks between contract execution and closing. We coordinate with all parties — title, lender, agents, and clients — so nothing falls through the cracks.
Do you work with all brokerages in Texas?
Yes. We work with agents and REALTORs across all brokerages in Texas. Our services are brokerage-agnostic and 100% remote-ready, so we support your transactions regardless of where you hang your license.
Who pays the TC fee — me or my client?
Most agents pay the TC fee as a business expense, similar to other tools and services that keep their business running. Some agents pass the cost to the client as a transaction fee, which is common and acceptable practice in Texas.
How do you communicate during a transaction?
We communicate via email and phone/text, whichever you prefer. You’ll receive updates at key milestones and can always reach us with questions. We keep you informed without flooding your inbox.
How do I submit a transaction?
Use our online transaction intake form to submit all your transaction details and upload documents (contract, addendums, disclosures, pre-approval, listing agreement) in one step. Files go directly to our secure Google Drive. Getting started takes less than 5 minutes.
Do you handle buyer-side and seller-side transactions?
Yes. We handle buyer-side (Contract to Close), seller-side (Listing to Close), and lease transactions for both tenant and landlord sides. We also offer individual à la carte services and monthly ops plans.
Are you TREC compliant?
Absolutely. All of our work is done in compliance with Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) requirements. We stay current on Texas regulations so your files are always in order.
What’s the difference between per-transaction and monthly plans?
Per-transaction pricing is perfect if you close occasionally or want to try us out. Monthly ops plans are for agents who close consistently and want predictable, ongoing support with priority service — often at a better per-deal value. See our plans →
